What TrustRails is
TrustRails is a free, read-only search service for UK electronics prices and stock, built from retailer product feeds. You can use it through the website, our MCP server, our API, and integrations such as ChatGPT and Claude. It is run by an individual in the UK.
Using the service
TrustRails is free to use and provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
Prices and stock
Prices and stock come from retailers and are refreshed about twice a day, so they may be out of date. The price shown at the shop's own checkout is the one that counts.
Buying from retailers
TrustRails is not the seller. Any purchase is between you and the retailer, and the retailer's own terms apply. Buy links are affiliate links: we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you.
Acceptable use
Please do not scrape the service or abuse it beyond the published rate limits. If we give you an API key, it is for your own use and must not be shared.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, TrustRails is not liable for errors in retailer data, or for any loss from relying on it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows when they last changed, and we will note any important change on this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
